• Client requests: your name, contact details, language pair, city and the details you describe.
• Interpreter profiles: your name, contact details, languages, city, specialties and the profile text you provide.

How we use it

Client request details are shared with suitable interpreters so they can contact you about your request. Interpreter profiles may be listed publicly (without your e-mail or phone, which are kept for matching). We do not sell your data.

Retention

Requests are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and are then removed. You can ask us to delete your data at any time via the request form.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information. Interpreters can ask to be removed from the directory at any time.
